About the Course

In this intensive and interactive one-day course, participants will learn to apply design-led techniques to customer requirements development and become comfortable with the key concepts of agile. They will also learn how to identify whether product teams are flourishing or floundering and how to help them get back on track.

Nicola Sedgwick is an accomplished agile facilitator, product professional and coach. A repeat speaker at international agile conferences, Nicola has worked with both digital start-ups and established organisations to specify, design, build, test and release software-based products.
